"We call it Branding 360 with an editorial edge," says CEO Kim-Van Dang, who began her career as Beauty News Editor for WWD, and worked as Beauty Director at InStyle Magazine for seven years, before founding her eponymous agency.

KVDNYC initially worked as the go-to brand consultant for beauty behemoths, including the Estée Lauder Companies, L'Oréal, LVMH, Coty and Procter & Gamble, before the company was tapped by beauty entrepreneurs who needed help with branding, product development, packaging design and website design.

 

In 2009, Anthony Roberts joined Team KVDNYC and established the company's wholesale distribution division, KVDAR Inc.
